Fees:

The general fee is $200/month, which includes classes on tuesday and thursday, or $300/month, which includes classes on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Payment is due on the first school day of the month. Payment is considered late by the third school day. There will be a late charge of $10.00 assessed for every week tuition is over-due. If you will be utilizing lunch bunch/park pals $10.00/day, please add that in tuition payment or pay separately. I will mail an invoice out at the beginning of the month. Please communicate with me if problems should arise, and we will find a solution together. If you need to pull your child out of Little Learners you must give a 2 week notice.

Sick Policy:

If your child is showing signs of illness such as fever, cough, or runny nose, please keep him/her home from school. This is requested for the health of the teacher and the other students who attend Little Learners Preschool.

Birthdays:

At Little Learners we absolutely love celebrating birthdays. Please let me know in advance if you have a special treat you would like to share on that day.

Drop-off and Pick-up Policy:

You have the option of walking in to pick up and drop off your child. If you are dropping off, please wait for me to wave to you before leaving. When picking up, please park in front of the house or come to the door.

Field Trips:

We will have a couple of fieldtrips throughout the year. Please plan on accompanying your child on our fieldtrips. If you cannot go, let me know and I can make other arrangements for your child.

Super Star of the Week:

Every child will get an opportunity to be the Super Star of the Week. The Superstar of the Week gets to take home the Little Learners mascot, Lucky the dog (Lucky is a stuffed animal). I will notify you the week before. Each child will be chosen at random. The schedule is as follows:
Monday/Tuesday: bring your favorite story for Miss. Shauna to read to the class, also bring the completed "All About Me" poster to put on the Super Star board
Wednesday/Thursday: bring your favorite treat to share with friends.

Communication:

I believe parent-teacher communication is important and vital to a child’s success in school. Please contact me by phone or e-mail to discuss questions or concerns. If there is something you need to discuss right away, don’t hesitate to talk to me about it. I want you and your child to have a wonderful experience at Little Learners.

Share Day:

Share day is every Monday/Tuesday. Please keep toys at home except on share day.

Snack Time:

I will be sure to provide nutritious snacks each day. This includes one serving of fruit and one serving of various other snacks, such as goldfish crackers, graham crackers, gogurts, string cheese etc. Of course, water is available whenever throughout the course of the day.
